A professionally facilitated workshop focusing on challenges experienced and opportunities available during the crucial time of life called "Quarterlife." You will identify important themes and tools for better self-understanding, learn how to overcome obstacles, address fears, evaluate options, and create an actionable plan that will leave you feeling energized, organized and more confident about reaching your objectives.
