Service Description
Our Manage Stress Program consists of 4 sessions, varying in length. Session 1 and 4 are 60 minutes. Session 2 and 3 are 120 minutes. By engaging in the 4-session program, you will learn to recognize signs of stress as well as implement techniques and methods, developed by renowned psychologists and researchers, which can allow you to experience daily life with new energy and inspiration.
